More fun without the SUN!

How about some less physical but mental game!

Charades!

- It is a word guessing game (If you did not know ;D)
-Most probably many of you had played it before~

Requirements to play this game:

-A device to keep track of time, like stopwatch.
-Keep track of scores. Like your phone's memo. Etc.
-Blank slips of paper / cards for the words to be written on.
-*optional* containers to place the papers in.
-Two or more teams to play. ( The more the merrier)
-LASTLY (Your Brain obviously :D)

Preparation for the game:

-Teams are to go be out of sight of the other/s to write on their pieces of paper, which are to be given to the opposing team.
The words can be anything from a book name to songs. OR the teams can agree on a category.
-A neutral timekeeper is needed to keep track of the time a team member gets to "act" out the word

How do you play?

During each round:
-A player from Team A draws a slip from Team B's basket. After he/she has had a short time to review the slip, the timekeeper for team B notes the time and tells the player to start. Team A will have  3minutes(It is up to you to decide)  to guess the phrase.

-If they figure it out, the timekeeper records how long it took. If they do not figure it out in 3 minutes, the timekeeper announces that the time is up, and records a time of 3 minutes.

-A player from Team B draws a phrase slip from Team A's basket, and play proceeds as above.

How is it scored?

-The game continues until every player has had a chance to "act out" a phrase. The score for each team is the total time that the team needed for all of the rounds. The team with the smallest score wins the game.

Benefits :
-It gives you joy to watch someone act a word/phrase like "Death Metal". I guess I am an evil person.

-Increase knowledge of vocabulary.
-Bonding of team.
-Lastly, you can play it indoors where the water is cold and the air is cool.

Thanks for viewing! Now go play some Charades. Use words that are fun to act out. Like  "hip-hop" or "troll face".
See you next time. Relax and have fun~
