Frisbee. On a not?

What is it?

A flying disc (Frisbee) is a disc-shaped gliding object that is generally plastic.

How to play

Form a team of 5 and compete with another team. The team that scores the most goals will be winner after the time limit.

Rules

Same as Captain Ball. Just that a ball now is changed to a flying disc.

Benefits

Sometimes when we are too stress, this game allows us to de-stress and relax. It is important to relax. Why? So that, we will be better concentrate in the things we do later.
